Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for securing and maintaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, and any required health certifications. Socialite Escapes is not responsible for guests being denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

Changes and Modifications

Requests to change travel dates or services are subject to supplier rules and availability. Additional fees may apply. Some reservations may be non refundable or non changeable depending on supplier policies. Socialite Escapes will assist with modification requests, but approval is not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Cancellations must follow the Socialite Escapes Cancellation and Refund Policy. Each travel supplier, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, may enforce its own cancellation deadlines and fees. These supplier rules determine whether any portion of a booking is refundable.

Because these suppliers operate independently, Socialite Escapes is not responsible for injury, delays, loss, accidents, acts of nature, or changes caused by external events. Guests assume all risks associated with travel.

Travel Insurance

Insurance provides important coverage in cases of emergencies, delays, cancellations, medical issues, or unexpected events. Travelers who decline insurance accept full responsibility for any resulting expenses.

Guest Conduct
