Cancellation and Refund Policy

 At Socialite Escapes, we are dedicated to providing elevated, concierge style travel experiences. Each itinerary is crafted with care and supported by trusted global partners. To ensure transparency and protect the integrity of your travel experience, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Socialite Escapes. By submitting a payment or deposit, you agree to the full terms outlined below.

Inclusive Luxury Pricing

All package prices with Socialite Escapes are presented as all in. Your reservation includes accommodations, resort fees, all inclusive fees, taxes, mandatory supplements, and supplier charges required for your stay. These amounts are paid directly to our travel partners on your behalf and are not refundable under any circumstances. This ensures a seamless and luxury focused booking experience without unexpected charges at the property.

Airfare Not Included

Airfare is not included in Socialite Escapes packages unless specifically stated in writing. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own flights and for ensuring flight schedules align with their resort stay. Socialite Escapes is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, or any disruption involving air travel. All airline related refunds or credits must be handled directly with the airline in accordance with their policies.

Deposit Requirements

A non refundable deposit is required only when guests choose to secure a reservation without paying the full balance upfront. Once submitted, this deposit allows Socialite Escapes to begin confirming accommodations, transportation, activities, and all services included in your package. All deposits are non refundable.

Guests who choose to pay the full trip balance at the time of booking do not need to submit a separate deposit.

Payment Methods and Affirm Usage

Socialite Escapes accepts Affirm for full trip payments only. Guests who wish to finance their reservation through Affirm must pay the complete trip balance at the time of booking. Affirm cannot be used to place a deposit. Deposits must be paid using an approved credit card, debit card, or direct payment method listed at checkout.

Any attempt to submit a deposit through Affirm will not be accepted and may result in the cancellation of the reservation in accordance with this policy.

Pricing and Rate Adjustments

All pricing for accommodations, villas, transportation, and curated experiences is based on supplier availability and conditions. A deposit holds a reservation but does not lock the final price until the balance has been paid in full. If a supplier adjusts their rates, fees, or taxes before final payment is received, guests are responsible for any increases. Socialite Escapes is not responsible for price changes made by hotels, resorts, villas, transportation providers, or activity operators.

Final Payment

Final payment is typically due forty five days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified by the supplier. Reservations not paid in full by the deadline may be cancelled by the supplier, and all funds paid may be forfeited. Any reinstatement is at the sole discretion of the supplier.

Guest Cancellations

If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation for any reason, all payments made to date are non refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and paid in full bookings. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations related to personal circumstances, illness, changes of preference, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or any situation outside the control of Socialite Escapes.

Supplier Cancellations and Modifications

Socialite Escapes partners with independent resorts, transportation providers, villas, and tour operators. These partners maintain their own policies and may modify or cancel services due to weather, operational needs, maintenance, or unforeseen events. Refunds or credits in such cases depend solely on supplier policies. Socialite Escapes cannot guarantee reimbursement for services adjusted or cancelled by suppliers.

Resort Fees and All Inclusive Requirements

All resort fees, all inclusive fees, and mandatory holiday supplements are included in your package price and are paid in advance to the resort or supplier on your behalf. These fees are always non refundable. Guests who arrive late, depart early, or alter their plans will not receive refunds or adjustments to included supplier fees.

No Shows and Missed Services

Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date or who miss transfers, excursions, or scheduled activities will forfeit those services with no refund issued. Suppliers do not compensate for missed experiences resulting from late arrivals, personal delays, or incomplete travel documentation.

Passport and Identification Requirements

All guests must submit legal names exactly as they appear on their passports or government issued identification. Socialite Escapes is not responsible for denied boarding, denied check in, additional fees, or disruptions caused by incorrect names, mismatched information, or expired identification documents. Passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Any costs related to corrections or document issues are the responsibility of the traveler.

Travel Insurance

Socialite Escapes strongly recommends that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance may offer protection for medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, natural events, and unexpected disruptions. Guests who choose not to purchase insurance assume full financial responsibility for all trip costs and potential losses.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment or completing a reservation with Socialite Escapes, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in its entirety. These terms support the luxury, transparency, and professionalism that define the Socialite Escapes experience.
